Hey friends, we're back at it this Saturday. Come out Saturday morning for a time of corporate refreshing in body and spirit. 9:30 a.m. @ Harvest Bible Chapel York Region.

Dress for the weather. The workout will be outside. Layers, gloves and hydration are recommended.

WOD for the Body

45 min AMRAP
2 laps
5 burpees
10 push-ups
15 squats

No, that is not a typo. 45 minutes. Not high intensity. But you definitely need to keep moving. Running. Jogging. Walking. Last year, Tough Mudder took us 4.5 hours to finish. And guess what we did the most? Running! (well ... more like walking and jogging). For some, running is fun and exciting. For others, it's boring or a pain. But we have to get it done and put in the work. So let's do this, together.



WOD for the Spirit

"I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling; likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire, but with what is proper for women who profess godliness—with good works.
